I have practiced law in the Dallas area for more than thirty (30) years and have represented clients throughout the state of Texas and in numerous Federal Courts. 

In the area of family law, I represent clients concerning divorce, property division, conservatorship and support, child-related issues, interstate issues concerning decrees and orders, and modification of decrees. I also handle cases involving paternity, termination of parental rights, adoption, and grandparent access.

In the area of criminal law, I handle state and federal cases including misdemeanors and felonies. Types of cases include bookmaking, bank fraud, and other "white collar" crimes, as well as driving while intoxicated, drug, and shoplifting offenses.

I have been trained in the Collaborative Approach to family law matters. This approach permits people to settle their disputes amicably rather than participating in litigation.

In over thirty years of practicing law, I have handled cases involving divorce, custody, support, visitation, paternity, termination, adoption, grandparent rights, and interstate issues. 

I have successfully litigated hundreds of cases involving citizens accused of felonies and misdemeanors, both at the state and federal level. 

I attended Law School at Southern Methodist University where I also attended under-graduate school. In Law School, I was a “Sumner Scholar”. 

I have handled thousands of family law cases including, but not limited to, Divorce, Custody, Support, Paternity, Parental Rights, Adoption and Domestic Violence.  

I have handled thousands of criminal law cases including, but not limited to, Misdemeanors, Felonies, DWI, Drug Offenses, and Shoplifting.
