Tortious Interference with a Business Relationship Recovery for tortious

limited to conduct that was independently tortious or
wrongful. The plaintiff “must prove that the defendant’s
conduct would be actionable under a recognized tort.”
Conduct that is merely “sharp” or unfair is not
actionable, and cannot be the basis of an action for
tortious interference with business relations. 52 S.W.3d at
